Here’s my story
For a long time, I was the strong one. The responsible one. The over-achiever. The strange one, too.
My sister and I were raised by our single mother, we did not grow up with money. So as soon as I was 16, I was anxiously applying to jobs, landing my first one as a waitress. I spent my teens and twenties hustling for tips in restaurants and clubs, earned a psychology degree, and then went straight into medical laboratory science.
I did what looked “right”—school, clinicals, work—always busy, always performing, always trying to ‘prove’ myself.
And I got the corporate medical career everyone applauded…
yet felt not one ounce of fulfillment.
It was busy shifts, bright fluorescent lights, constant urgency, drama, and that exhaustion that sinks into your bones—the kind where you’re functioning on the outside, but your spirit is shriveling on the inside.
I Was Burnt Out. Overworked. Dysregulated.
And because my nervous system was in survival mode, my friendships and relationships were too. I numbed with productivity, partying, perfectionism, over-exercising, and over-giving—trying to earn worthiness through performance.
In 2023, on a travel assignment where my burnout peaked, something I loved as a child found me again: witchcraft.
It was my bridge back to God, Source, and the deeper intelligence of life. I left that assignment early, took a sabbatical, and learned how to be still long enough to finally hear myself.
That’s when the signs started arriving—like tiny breadcrumbs that led me to a word that changed everything:
Dharma. Soul purpose. Your true nature. Your duty—not anyone else’s.
I began my Dharma coaching certification… and in September 2024, I became certified.
And in the middle of that journey, life shattered me open:
On August 11, 2024, my older sister, Kimmy passed away.
Her death clarified my mission in a way nothing else ever could: to help women create new paths—beyond hustle, rivalry, and self-abandonment—into lives rooted in sisterhood, devotion, and purpose.
That’s when I understood: my burnout wasn’t a failure. It was a message from my Higher Self.
So I rebuilt from the inside out—nervous system regulation, cyclical living, boundaries, feminine embodiment, and purpose-led strategy.
Now I guide women through that same shift: from dysregulated and disconnected → to grounded, clear, and building a business that fits their life.
Because your dharma isn’t a side quest. It’s the main storyline.
